Chris Coleman, the Wales selector, has not called up Gareth Bale for the upcoming friendlies the team have scheduled, against Northern Ireland, on March 24th, and Ukraine, in the 28th, both part of the Welsh squad’s preparation for the 2016 Euros in France this summer.
According to the coach, the Real Madrid forward has been left out in a joint decision taken by the Football Association of Wales and the Blancos owing to the fact that Bale has only recently returned from injury.
